Capture the rugby ball

Today we played capture the rugby ball. How you play is you need to have a field and put cones down.then you have to split the field evenly so its far and also split the class or people that your playing with. Then you have to run and try not to get tagged and if you get tagged you have to sit down. How you get untagged you have to wait for someone to touch you and you runback.
